1914

Since sailing was the backbone of the Bay Head Yacht Club it was only fitting for BHYC to be a founding member of the Barnegat Bay Yacht Racing Association. Along with Island Heights, Ocean Gate and Seaside Park, this collection of clubs set out to foster and unify racing on the Barnegat Bay. The legacy of this association continues today and we are immeasurably proud to be a founding member.
