Chef Marc found his passion for Culinary Arts early in life training at an American Culinary Foundation accredited technical High School. During this apprenticeship, he competed in ACF and SkillsUSA VICA competitions at the high school level and was honored to be Champion of The State of Massachusetts. He then moved into the top ten of apprentice chefs in the United States at the National SkillsUSA VICA competition. He went on to earn his Bachelors in Professional Studies from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY. Afterward, he spent more than a decade with several Five Star, Five Diamond resorts in California including The St. Regis Monarch Beach, The Peninsula Beverly Hills, and most recently, The Resort at Pelican Hill. Chef Marc is passionate about volunteering for organizations addressing food insecurity such as The Illumination Foundation, Share our Strength, and Table for 10. Chef Marc grew up on the East Coast and in the New England area, and his wife spent her summers making memories on the Jersey Shore. Chef Marc was happy to return back to their roots. A self-proclaimed expert in Disney princesses, Chef Marc has one four-year-old daughter. Outside of work, you can find Chef Marc on the golf course.
