Buddy Majoros, as Harbormaster, supervises all activities involving docks, the dock area, and boats. He is the coordinator of all on-water safety initiatives, insures all sailing instructors are certified in power boating as well as sailing, and works alongside the Dockmaster to maintain the BHYC fleet and docks. Buddy is available to the membership for any boating related questions or services.
Buddy started at the Club in 2016 as the Dockmaster. Over the past six years, he has continued his education and earned certifications including USCG 100 ton Captains License, US Sailing Level 2 Small Boat Sailing Instructor, US Sailing Powerboat Instructor Trainer, and NJ State Safe Boating Instructor.
When Buddy is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, on their sailing catamaran in Southwest Florida. He also enjoys working on their live-aboard 1982 Chris Craft in Point Pleasant, and sharing their simple lifestyle and love of water with their kids and grandkids.
